Wireless use needs a phone that supports compatible wireless charging. Magnetic attachment also needs a compatible phone design or suitable magnetic case. For wired use, choose a cable and device that match the output connection.
Is a magnetic case always required?
No. Some phones support magnetic attachment directly. Other setups need a compatible magnetic case or alignment accessory. A thick or unsuitable case can interfere with attachment and charging.
How many full charges does 5000mAh provide?
5000mAh is the power bank’s battery capacity, not a guaranteed amount delivered to a phone. Charging losses, your phone’s battery size, its starting charge and use while charging affect the result.
Is wireless charging as fast as a wall charger?
This model is rated for up to 5W wireless output. It is designed for convenient top-ups; a higher-powered compatible wall charger may charge your phone faster.
Can I charge a device that has no wireless charging?
