What kind of controller is XGUN?
It brings familiar gamepad inputs together with a mechanically transforming gun-style hold. Physical and motion-based aiming give you additional ways to engage with your game.
Will I still have movement and menu controls?
Yes. Sticks, directional inputs, action buttons and triggers remain available. Set them up for the controls used by your game.
What changes when the grips pivot?
The grips stay joined to the same controller. Pivoting them changes the front-facing gamepad hold into a gun-style aiming position, rather than creating two separate devices.
How are optical and gyro aiming different?
Optical aiming aligns the controller with your display. Gyro aiming uses movement of the controller. The supplied setup guide explains how to configure your chosen mode.
Can I feel feedback while shooting?
Yes. A built-in recoil motor delivers physical feedback through the controller during the shooting experience.
What do I need to install for PC use?
Follow the included PC instructions to install the controller software and set up the appropriate game profile for aiming.
Can two people play from the sofa?
Yes. Calibrate your setup and use a split-screen game to play together on one display. Each player needs their own controller.
